Monika Fabijanska
is an art historian with more than 15 years of experience in curating, producing, and managing arts. Based in New York City, she specializes in international contemporary art and has a special interest in women’s art. Her 2018 exhibition The Un-Heroic Act: Representations of Rape in Contemporary Women’s Art in the U.S. at Shiva Gallery, John Jay College, received critical praise from the New York Times, New Yorker, and other publications. Hyperallergic named it one of the 20 best New York City art exhibitions last year.
